How does booking work?

Choose your experience, then select your preferred date and time. Payment is made online in full at the time of booking. You'll then receive a confirmation by email and on WhatsApp, including your meeting point, who your guide, host, or naturalist will be, and a contact number for anything you need before the experience.

What exactly is included in the price?

This varies by experience, since each one is different. Check the specific inclusions listed on that experience's own page, or just ask us directly.

Is the price per person or per group?

This also varies by experience, check the pricing shown on that experience's own page.

Do you provide transport?

Getting yourself to the meeting point is on you, by taxi, self-drive, or however works best for you. If the experience itself involves a specific vehicle, such as a boat or an e-bike, that's included as part of the experience. General transport to and from the meeting point isn't included.

What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If we cancel for any reason, you can choose an alternate experience for the same amount or a full refund. If a trip needs to be cancelled due to weather or an emergency, we first try to reschedule so you can still have the experience. If that's not possible, you receive a refund.

If you need to cancel: more than 48 hours before the trip gets a 100% refund, between 24 and 48 hours gets 50%, and under 24 hours isn't refundable. Rescheduling instead of cancelling is also available, subject to availability.

How do I pay, and when?

Payments are made online through UPI, card, or bank transfer. Full payment is required in advance for all trips.

What happens if the weather turns or conditions aren't safe?

We'll first try to reschedule so you don't miss out on the experience. If that's not possible, you'll receive a full refund.

How far in advance should I book?

At least a week ahead is ideal, so we can secure the best availability and the right experts. That said, you're welcome to reach out anytime, and we'll confirm based on what's available.

Is this suitable for kids, seniors, or large groups?

This varies by experience, some are a great fit for kids and seniors, others aren't. Check the specific experience's page, or let us know who's joining and we'll point you toward the right one.
