Welcome to Top Goa Tours, operated by Tellis Travel Experiences (OPC) Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website and purchasing our tours and experiences, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Services
TOP GOA TOURS curates and offers premium experiences, group tours, and customized activities across Goa. While we design and promote these experiences, the actual services are fulfilled by the team along with carefully selected third-party vendors and local partners on the ground.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized representatives.
- Advance part or full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Pricing may vary based on seasonality, group size, or custom requirements. Final pricing will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer-initiated cancellations for regular activity bookings under 8 guests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the activity start time for a full refund (unless otherwise specified).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for any refund.
- In case of vendor cancellations due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen reasons, we will offer an alternative date, activity, or full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to Sales@topgoatours.com.
- Refund policies vary by tour and experience; please refer to our Refund Policy.
4. Third-party Vendors
- All experiences are executed by trusted local vendors along with TOP GOA TOURS team.
- While we ensure a high level of quality and safety, TOP GOA TOURS is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising during third-party-operated experiences.
- Guests are responsible for adhering to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the vendors before and during the activity.
5. Health & Safety
- Some activities may involve physical exertion, adventure, or interaction with natural environments.
- It is your responsibility to inform us (and the vendors) of any health concerns, allergies, or physical limitations prior to booking.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the activity without a refund.
6. Customized Experiences
- For bespoke experiences and private group tours, detailed requirements must be shared at least 7 days in advance.
- Customizations are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
7. Travel Insurance
- We recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, loss of belongings, and cancellations.
8. Photos & Media
- We may capture photos or videos during activities for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform us in writing before the activity.
- Any media shared with us voluntarily (e.g., tagged photos, reviews) may be used in our promotions with credit.
9. Force Majeure
TOP GOA TOURS is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or transport issues.
10. Modifications
TOP GOA TOURS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa.
