Cancellation Policy for Tours and Activities by Top Goa Tours

At Top Goa Tours, we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for tours and activities to ensure clarity and convenience for our guests:

1. Standard Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 Hours or more before the scheduled tour/activity date: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 48 Hours before the scheduled tour/activity date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 Hours before the scheduled tour/activity date: No refund.

2. Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling requests made 48 Hours or more before the scheduled tour/activity date: Free rescheduling, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 Hours before the scheduled tour/activity date: Rescheduling fee of 10% of the booking amount, subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy:

• If a guest fails to show up for the scheduled tour/activity without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations:

• In case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation by the operator, guests will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

5. Group Bookings, Boat/Yacht Charters and Private Tours:

• For group bookings and private tours, cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a 100% refund.
• cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date: No refund.

6. Refund Process:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

7. Special Cases:

• For cancellations due to medical emergencies or other valid reasons, please contact our customer support team. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
